Automobile inspection fixtures are customized tools based on the various components of the automobile according to high specifications and high standards. Problem: The measurement efficiency and accuracy of traditional inspection tools are low, and the requirements for the dimensional accuracy of automobile parts are constantly increasing.
Body dimensional accuracy control is a key technology for automobile manufacturers. Whether it is "2 mm engineering" or "6 sigma management", its essence is inseparable from the data-based inspection and monitoring system. Through modeling and analysis of manufacturing process inspection data, the source of manufacturing dimensional deviation of the body and parts is controlled to ensure the stability of manufacturing and ultimately improve the assembly accuracy of the whole vehicle. However, manual measuring tools are generally used for inspection at present, which has low measurement efficiency and large manual measurement errors. In addition, the use of "go and no-go gauges" for measurement makes it impossible to obtain specific values. The errors in measurement efficiency and manual inspection make it difficult to conduct statistical analysis of system data, affecting the improvement of vehicle quality.
The contradiction between the generally low manufacturing accuracy of inspection tools and the continuous improvement of vehicle accuracy is becoming more and more prominent. The current manufacturing accuracy of inspection tools is still at the manufacturing accuracy level of -0.1~+0.05 mm for positioning holes, ±0.1 mm for inspection module manufacturing accuracy, and ±0.15 mm for inspection module manufacturing accuracy. Correspondingly, the quality accuracy requirements of the whole vehicle are getting higher and higher. The accuracy requirements of large interior parts assembly are ≤1 mm, the dimensional accuracy requirements of structural injection parts have reached 0.5 mm, and the key matching requirements can reach 0.3 mm. The current traditional processing costs in my country are also very high.
